About us

AWBUD DESIGN & BUILD, a company of AWBUD GROUP, provides a complete investment process support, including: investment management (contract engineering), designing (concepts, building permit designs, detailed designs in all industries) and general execution of construction works. We specialize in general realization of industrial facilities, from halls to production plants with the highest level of complexity of installations and the highest requirements of cleanness and quality of organizational and production processes (GMP). Additionally, we design & build for civil, environmental and renewable energy sectors.  

AWBUD brand has over 20 years. Our experience has been gained on over 400 completed contracts in general and comprehensive construction, in industrial and civil investments. In the field of project management and designing our engineers gained experience during realization of tasks in Poland, France, Germany, the USA and China. Currently company employs nearly 100, including 70 engineers in general contracting department. Moreover, 200 reinforced concrete specialists within in-house resources and cooparating partners and 300 experts, specialized in technological, sanitary and ventilation installations.

AWBUD has been dynamically developing for a few last years. In 2007 the ownership structure was complemented by BBI Capital fund, which took over 19% of the capital. Reinforcement of the capital structure and a consistent implementation of strategy resulted in a significant increase of the market share and a build up of our organizational structure. In 2010, AWBUD Group was strengthen by INSTAL LUBLIN SA, installations contractor with a 50 years of experience on Polish market. Acquisition of this high profile comprehensive installation contractor allowed us to supplement our capacity in execution of industrial, environment protection and renewable energy projects. 

Company location – headquarters in Zawiercie, near Katowice, Kraków, Częstochowa and Kielce – allows us to reach main industrial and investment centers of the region. We quickly connect with our customers and partners through the network of regional offices in Warsaw, Katowice, Lublin and Wroclaw.
