Quotation Department 
The Technical Department managers and specialists are professionals who are very familiar with the realities of the construction market. The department prepares offers for investors based on current market prices, assemble subcontractors tenders within contracts executed in general construction, analyze designs and suggest optimal and advantageous variants of the investment implementation. Work in this department gives you the opportunity to learn about new technologies, building materials and chance to gain experience in preparation and planning of the construction process. 

General Contracting Department 
This department employs certified engineers. Their task is comprehensive management of the contract in all disciplines. They are responsible for the contract realization, i.e preparation and control of the material and financial schedule, carrying out correspondence, managing own and subcontractors work groups, quality control and final settlement of the investment. Contract Managers are supported in proper execution of contract by assistants and company's administration. 

In-house Execution Department 
Department employees are certified with builder’s license and experienced in reinforced concrete works engineers. Their main task is to manage reinforced concrete and earth works contracts. They are responsible for the contract realization, managing own and subcontractors work groups, quality control and final settlement of the investment. They are supported in proper execution of contract by assistant engineers, foreman and company administration.
