One of many shopping centers executed in general contracting for Carrefour. Experience gained during implementation of similar objects along with tested management standards, allowed to perform this investment in 12 weeks.

Scope of works: buildings, full external infrastructures with service lines and were executed in centers of towns.

Second phase of construction of hotel in Ogrodzieniec. In the first stage AWBUD designed and implemented a four-storey building with Spa and restaurant. During the second stage of the investment, hotel will be extended with surface of approximately 2800 m2. Extended section included 25 rooms, swimming pool and conference room with catering facilities.

Two shopping center with total surface of 5 thous. sq. m. executed by AWBUD as general contractor. Investment with complex road and parking lots infrastructure was executed in 16 weeks, have proofed that AWBUD site management is capable of executing shopping malls located in town centers, making use of experience gained during implementation of “Champion” shopping centers.

Scope of works: Buildings with steel structure covered by light steel casing. In addition to traditional commercial surface, exposed arcade has been added.

AWBUD in consortium with MOTA-ENGIL, the one of the biggest Portuguese construction company, was general contractor of a reinforced concrete structure for the biggest construction investment near Rybnik – FOCUS PARK RYBNIK. Our experience in specialized reinforced concrete works allowed us to work with Parkridge, one of the biggest and most prestigious commercial property investors in Europe.

General contracting of the sports arena structure in Dąbrowa Górnicza, one of the most advanced facilities of that kind in the Silesia region. Arena is located in Gen. J.Haller city park. Besides arena, the extensive parking lots for approximately 250 cars were also executed.

General contracting with demanding installations assembly and high standards of finishing works in swimming hall. This object is showcase of our achievements in sport facilities construction. An interesting building block in combination with high-class finishing materials helped to create an object which became permanent part of the city landscape.

Sports facility with a very interesting body, which met the architects bold concept of a combination of massive steel structure with large glass surfaces. Arena is a signature of Zawiercie and proving our aspirations, capabilities in comprehensive execution of large scale structures with unique architectural form .
Realization was appreciated by a group of specialists In President of Construction Chamber in Katowice Award in 2001, in category of “Construction Works”.
