For students

Trainees and apprentices in AWBUD Design & Build are treated equally with employees – in a period of internship or practice they receive appropriate responsibilities and they are properly assessed. Practice in AWBUD is a secure investment - this career stage is the test period for the individuals and company, which may result a job offer.

We give trainees and apprentices the opportunity to participate in the biggest contracts and acquire experience needed to develop their career. Trainees and graduates cooperate and collaborate with us on such realizations as:

  • Pepsi Cola plant extension in Michrów – scope of the first phase of investment has included demolition, installation, construction and finishing works for the warehouse adaptation production facility. The second stage has included general contracting of the 6 thous. sq. m. warehouse.
  • Comprehensive reinforced concrete works of the Saint Gobain plant extension in Dħbrowa Górnicza. Scope of works has included foundations of the glass furnace with use of 6 thous. cu. m. of concrete and other reinforced concrete works for the 12 production buildings.
  • General Contracting of the FOCUS PARK shopping mall structure, with surface of 50 thous. Sq. m. – biggest construction in the Rybnik area.
Opinion of one of the trainees Mr. Krystian Nieduziak, who took part in the PepsiCo. Investment implementation: “…it was a demanding task, which allowed me to acquire practice under the guidance of an experienced Contract Manager. I am a person who likes challenges, so I appreciated opportunity of work for the renowned investor. After finishing the internship, I was employed in AWBUD and because of my contribution to the first stage of PEPSI investment, I participated in second stage - construction of a new warehouse. "
