General Contacting is a part of consistently developed strategy of a professional service provided to the most demanding construction investments. Since 1989, AWBUD Design & Build have completed as a turn-key contractor, a number of investments, i.a:

The scope of general contraction services encompasses:

• execution and management of works,
• inter-discipline coordination,
• schedule control,
• coordination and control of deliveries,
• cost management, project supervision,
• quality control,
• partial receptions of executed works,
• safety representative supervision,
• final reception,
• preparation of as-built documentation and commissioning,
• keeping of construction site log book. 

Within the Group, AWBUD Design & Build is supported by in-house resources for the execution of reinforced concrete works (AWBUD Żelbet) and installations (Instal Lublin, Klima-test). The staff consists of nearly 200 carpenters and steel fixers, and more than 200 specialists gathered in companies constantly cooperating with AWBUD, and over 300 installation specialists. Our In-house resources specialize in works for industrial investments, including the steel, energy and heavy industry, civil investments, including shopping centers, housing and utilities.
