Since the first of October 2011, AWBUD Design & Build mazovia branch will change its registered office. New office will be located in a New City complex at Marynarska 15 in Warsaw. Completion of the printing cylinders production plant project for the first Chinese investor in the Łódź SEZ. Contract for the Yuncheng Poland in Lodz Konstantynów included designing and "turnkey" construction of a plant with an area of ​​5.7 thousand. m2. and a cubature of 43 thousand. m3

General contracting of a clean rooms for an innovative laminated glass windschields production plant for the Pittsburgh Glass Work in Komorniki k / Środa Śląska.

At the 10th of June 2011, the reinforced concrete works on the last roof of the Asseco Poland office building in Warsaw were completed. Thus the lockup stage was completed. More than 23 000 m3 of concrete and 2 400 tonnes of steel were used during this stage. Building executed by AWBUD Design & Build as a general contractor has over 40 thousand m2 of surface and the total cubature of 127 thousand m3.

Prestigous general contractors list, the "Book of Lists 2010” prepared by Warsaw Business Journal, considered AWBUD Design & Build as 14th biggest contractors in Poland, over such general contractors as CFE Polska, Prochem and GSE Polska. List was prepared on basis of financial standings in 2007 - 2009 period.

AWBUD Design & Build contract worth 116,9 mln PLN on general contracting of 3-storey high office building and 2-storey underground parking lot with total surface of 39 thous. sq. m. and office surface of 20 thous. sq. m. Building will be equiped with advanced steering and control systems.

Investment of Asseco Poland is one of the biggest in terms of buildings designed and implemented for headquarter of particular company. Other significant headquarters in Warsaw are office buildings of Polish Telecomunication, Agora or Polish Social Security Institution.

AWBUD Group consists two companies with complementary business lines: AWBUD Design & Build, general contractor and designer on industrial and civil projects, and AWBUD Wyroby Betonowe, one of the leaders on concrete elements market (pavement, sanitation) in Southern Poland.

After the merge a constructional group with revenues (by data from 2008) exceeding 360 millions of PLN shall arise, the best part of revenues shall come from general contracts for projects and strong subcontracting services: installation works, reinforced concrete works and concrete products. The AWBUD Group, according to audited and pro-forma consolidated data for 2008, has elaborated 300 millions PLN of sales
revenues and 28 millions PLN of EBITDA profit.

One of the AWBUD shareholders comments: "this transaction willl establish diversified construction company, with complementary parts. The core will be general contracting and designing services. Main services will be supplemented by strong in-house potential subcontracting services: installations, reinforced concrete works and production of concrete elements. We hope for dynamical growth in following 3 years and next equisitions to extend the scale of our activity."

Merger process will be conducted in two stages, in the first one, issued warrants will be taken over by AWBUD Wyroby Betonowe shareholders, and in next one, new Instal Lublin subscription will be taken over by AWBUD Design & Build. After merger, present AWBUD shareholders will have majority interest in AWBUD - Instal Group. BBI Capital and IDM funds will have significant shareholding.

In annual "Forbes Diamonds 2010" ranking organized by prestigous business magazine, AWBUD Design & Build took first place in the category of medium size companies in Silesia region. Another AWBUD Group company, AWBUD Wyroby Betonowe, took 3rd place in the same catagory.

"Forbes Diamonds 2010" are fourth editon of ranking prepared by magazine with cooperation with analitics and experts of Dun&Bradstreet. The lists of Diamonds included the best companies of the highest value of development dynamics.

One of the awarded companies was AWBUD Design & Build. Award was admited for concequense in development of company and diversification of activities allowing company to build strong position on construction market.
