A production facility with a very significant saturation of installations. The scope of the task included moving and modernization of margarine production and tea packaging lines, building of technological sewage-treatment plant and the assembly of oil and liquefied gas tanks. Apart from a full range of works in construction-installation industry, the general realization of the above task included preparation of the full design.

Scope of works: 1. Building of margarine production lines:
- desludging and neutralization with soda lye
- estrification and filtering
- removal of aromatic compounds from oils and vacuum system
2. Construction of tea packaging line

Two phase plant extension for PepsiCo company was the key investment for the entrance strategy on juice production market in Poland. With 30 mln USD, PepsiCo started two Lipton Ice Tea and Toma juice production lines. As a general contractor AWBUD executed two phase extension of the plant in Michrów. Both phases required efficiency of works and time discipline because of ambitious schedule of works (7 months) and execution of works without interruption of plant production process.

Scope of works:

First phase of investment included demolition works, installations, construction and finishing works. Executed works assured change of warehouse utilization on production hall, which include one of the most advanced beverages production lines in Europe. Scope of works of the second phase has included modern warehouse with surface of 6 700 m2. Warehouse will be utilized for storage of the plants products.

Spatial conceptual design of plant with warehouse for the pharmaceuticals manufacturer. Object includes production rooms, products warehouse, wholesale center, office and technical facility. Designed clean production rooms will be executed according to the GMP standards.

Warehouse with office for renowned food industry investor. Scope of works has included construction of warehouse with steel and reinforced concrete structure with 3-storey high office placed over warehouse loading dock. General contracting has included all of construction works of the 10 thous. sq. m. object, electric installations, ventilation and land development with parking lots and internal roads.

AWBUD Design & Build, acting as the designer and general contractor, completed realization of technologically complicated object in the center of Warsaw. Apart from the entirety of building-assembly works, the scope of works included a full spectrum of varied technological installations and a set of detailed designs in all industries. A high difficulty scale of the above project mainly resulted from application of technologically-advanced devices, for which it was necessary to design and produce a complicated process installation and place it all in the existing premises of a small usable area. Shortage of area forced us to create a multi-level steel construction inside the premises. Each square meter was precisely used, creating a spatial grid of different types of installations, fittings and devices.

Condenser installation, storage and dispatching facility in Wołczyn. Comprehensive designing with project management.

Scope of works: - projekty budowlane i wykonawcze,
- zarządzanie procesem inwestycyjnym.

Warehouse with office with surface of 6.5 thous. sq. m. Scope of works included comprehensive construction works with site management and storage and fire fighting reservoir.

This general contracting was the first advanced pharmaceutical industry project, allowed AWBUD Design & Build to gather experience and knowledge to develop this specialization. Technology of production was implemented under strict requirement of GMP standards.

Next implementation of AWBUD Mazovia branch for the Vipharm SA in Ożarów Mazowiecki. In first phase of investment, the extension, adaptation and modernization of existing warehouse with office. Pharmaceutical industry investment was executed with GMP standards and included electronically controlled cleanness zones. AWBUD works were completed in November 2009.
