• Identification of investors conceptual and design expectations,
• Scope of investment and budget preparation. Optimization of budget on the implementation phase,
• Tender procedure and qualification of designer/s and contractor/s,
• Execution and supervision of Implementation schedule,
• Control of co-operating parties contracts,
• Schedule and budget coordination and accordance control,
• Obtaining the occupancy permit.
